আমার Industrial Engineering tutorial series–এর অংশ হিসেবে আমি এখানে একটি Flannel Shirt–এর Operation Bulletin শেয়ার করছি।

এই Operation Bulletin–এ একটি Big Bear Flannel Shirt তৈরি করতে যেসব operations involved থাকে এবং প্রতিটি অপারেশনের জন্য কোন কোন machine requirement লাগে—সেগুলো পরিষ্কারভাবে দেখানো হয়েছে।

Factory layout & work environment

👉 তাই প্রতিটি অপারেশনের জন্য উপরের Estimated Time ব্যবহার করার সময় careful থাকা খুবই জরুরি.Actual production শুরু করার আগে অবশ্যই time study / motion study করা উচিত।
